In this day of disappearing moral absolutes, it is imperative that all Christians be reminded that the bible, as the revelation of God’s truth, must determine not only our doctrinal beliefs but also our lifestyles. In a changing world, Christians have unchanging standards, the Word of God. The FWBC ``Standards of Conduct’’ are based upon the teachings and principles of scripture, seeking to develop personal holiness and discipline exemplified in a lifestyle glorifying God. FWBC is a Bible-centered, Christ-centred institution dedicated to the teaching and training of Christians for the work of the ministry.

1. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C should be able to communicate the Word of God to others, intending to win them to Christ
2. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C should be able to expound the Word of God in a systematic fashion, with his or her training in the analytical inductive methods and in the literal grammatical method of interpretation.
3. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C should demonstrate genuine concern for missionary works around the world, with a special concern for the urban centers, as a missionary, volunteer, sponsor, or prayer partner.
4. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C. should demonstrate Christian maturity with his or her commitment to Christ and His church.
5. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C should be able to continue a daily regular study of the Word of God as an autonomous learner which is characteristic of serious servants of God.
6. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C should be able to present a well-defined biblically based and intellectually and rationally sound apologetic of faith against other beliefs.
7. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C. should know how to acquire knowledge.
8. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C. should know how to apply the knowledge that has been acquired or exhibit wisdom and walk in it.
9. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C. should have an awareness of personal values and communication.
10. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C. should have a high-level mastery of skills of communication.
11. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C. should be able to cooperate and collaborate with others in studying, analyzing, formulating, and implementing solutions to problems.
12. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C. should have awareness, concern, and a sense of responsibility regarding contemporary events, issues, and problems.
13. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C. should have love, loyalty, and responsibility to/for the local church as God’s primary method for societal transformation and its development.
14. Our purpose is that a graduate of F.W.B.C. will know the voice of the Lord for his or her generation and articulate God’s plan with anointed power and conviction.
